The green against hungry

In this paper author deals with the instruction of the European Commission about using of renewable energy (20 %) in European Union up to 2020 and share of biological components in fuels should be 5.75 % up to 2010. However, is it really advantageous to produce bio-fuels? So the scientists found, that e. g. by production of ethanol from corn in 29 per cent more energy is consumed as final product contains. It is similar also by production of bio-oil. Production of bio-oil from soya consumes in 27 per cent more energy from fossil fuels as it is possible to use from final biological product. In the present time the Swedish turnip is grown on the fivefold larger area as five years ago. More than tenth of silviculture soil in Germany is sowed by Swedish turnip. However, bio-oil produced from Swedish turnip grown on this area reaches only two-percent share on total consumption of oil. And just here also another problem is hidden, of which already several non-governmental organisations warn. Is concerned about cultivation of energetic plants at the expense of other plants, which can be used in food industry. In European Union there is not sufficiency of soil to cover the given shares of biological fuel on total consumption from own production. According to German protectionist organisation the Save wildwood the energetic plants can harm natural ecosystems. This organisation presents as example the soya plantages, because of which Amazon wildwood is cut down. Question of climatic changes, which the countries of north hemisphere decided to solve, can't be handled according them thereby, that new problems are formed in developing countries
