Electrical properties of thick films based on ruthenium dioxide with additions of refractory compounds

Description
Ruthenium resistive thick films with refractory additions have been studied for their electric properties (temperature dependence of electric resistance and thermo-EMF, voltage-current characteristics, frequency dependence). In thick films with nickel boride additives tunneling of carriers is shown to be the main mechanism of electric conduction. Behaviour of the films with La0.07Ni0.93O additives is governed by carrier tunnelling through glass interlayers and the metal conduction in the current-conductive phase
