Collective properties of A=117-127 odd-A I nuclei
- 1. State Univ. of New York, Stony Brook (USA). Dept. of Physics
Description
Systematic ΔJ=2 bands have been observed on the dsub(5/2), gsub(7/2) and hsub(11/2) quasi-proton states in A=117-127 odd-I nuclei. The ΔJ=2 energy spacings decrease (relative to the Te cores) as A decreases for the hsub(11/2) band but not for the others. Also ΔJ=1 bands on unusually low-lying gsub(9/2) proton-hole states exist.
