Many-body aspects of electron scattering at intermediate energy

Description

I make a brief review of some recent electron scattering experiments from medium and heavy nuclei. Examples have been chosen to illustrate the power of electron scattering experiments at intermediate energy. No attempt has been made to provide a comprehensive survey of all the experimental work which is being carried out throughout the world in this field. The experiments I have chosen to present are directly interpretable and give both qualitative and quantitative information in a simple way to help us understand various aspects of the nuclear many body problem.
