Angular and energy distributions of background and transmitted middle-energy electrons normally incident on a multilayer target
Creators
Description
Lewes-Spencer equation is not valid for inhomogeneous media, so as in this case there is no single-valued relationship between as electron energy and its residual range. Proposed small-angle and transport model of electron penetration in solids is implemented now in the fast working calculation program and successfully to the problem of backscattering and transmission of the electron beam bombarding a multilayer target
