Description
The structure of a magnet system developed for the planned project for a universal calorimetric detector for the UNK 3 x 3 TeV and an induction of 1.5 collider at Serpukhov is presented. A version for creating a magnetic field with uniformity ∼ 1% T using a wide-aperture superconducting solenoid of diameter 5.3 m and length 6.36 m is considered. 8 refs., 6 figs., 4 tabs
