Description
The physico-chemical investigation of quasi-binary systems Sb2Te3-GdTe, Sb2Te3-TbTe is carried out. The systems are eutectic. The boundaries of the range of Sb2Te3-based solid solution at a room temperature in the Sb2Te3-GdTe system are 4.0 mol.% GdTe, in the Sb2Te3-TbTe system -4.5 mol.% TbTe. The eutectic points are at 853 K and 15 mol.% TbTe, respectively
