Electronic absorption spectrum of thin films of ferroelastic Cs2ZnI4

Description
The absorption spectrum of thin films Cs2ZnI4 is investigated in an energy rang 3-6 eV and temperatures 90-340 K. It is established that compounds concerns to direct band dielectrics. Low-frequency excitations are located in ZnI4 building blocks of a crystalline lattice.
