Description
Crystal field effects in the series of KLn(MoO4) isostructural compounds are investigated. Low-temperature heat capacity and Stark components of the ground term of the Ho3+ rare earth ion are calculated for the KHo(MoO4)2 compound. 5F5-8J5 transition in absorption luminescence spectra at 4.2 and 77 K is investigated to determine the energy of Stark components
