Description
A comparative analysis of the absorptive-excretory function of the normal liver with 131I-labelled bromsulfan and Bengal rose was made. The data obtained show that with the use of both radiopharmaceutical preparations the curves of the activity of the blood, liver and the intestine have a monotypic nature. A decrease in the blood of hepatotropic drug concentration associated with the absorptive-excretory function of the hepatocytes occurs bioexponentially. A comparative analysis of quantitative indices of the absorptive-excretory function of the normal liver evidences a more rapid bromsulfan uptake by the hepatocytes as compared to Bengal rose
