Synthesis of sulfide derivatives of imidazo-[2,1-B]-1,3,4-thiadiazole with 2-amino-1,3,4- thiadiazole fragment

Description
In order to obtain new imidazo-thiadiazole derivatives with amide and carbamide fragment the acylation reaction of (2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-5-il)-6-methyl-imidazo-[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole -2-il-sulphide (1) is studied. It is defined that reaction of compound (1) with benzoyl chloride and butyl ether chloroformate proceeds at room temperature at pyridine presence during 50-60 minutes. Data on elemental and spectral analysis of imidazo-thiadiazole derivatives is presented.
