Convenient method for preparation of 1-2H- and 1-3H- terminal acetylenes

Description
The perspective single-stage method for preparation of 1-isotope-substituted acetylenes is suggested, the method is based on using the catalyst of interphase exchange of bromide tetrabulammonium. The method consists in the interaction of terminal acetylene with 10-30% solution of the proper 2H- or 3H-sodium hydride in heavy water at 20 deg C and dispersion. The yield of labelling products is quantitative
