Description

We perform detailed thermodynamic analysis of the properties of nuclear matter at finite temperature. The strongly correlated nucleonic matter equation of state is computed with the microscopical Brueckner-Hartree-Fock method. In order for the results to be usable for an arbitrary composition, an analytical parametrization of the free energy per nucleon is created. The importance of such a parametrization one can highlight with calculation of hot neutron star core properties. (author)
