Effect of lower hybrid wave scattering by drift turbulence on the parametric instabilities
Description
Lower-hybrid (LH) wave scattering by drift turbulence on tokamak plasma peripheries is considered. LH wave scattering on drift fluctuations in case of optically thin turbulence (τ < 1) provides ground for stabilization of both resonance and nonresonance parametric instabilities
