Description
Explore of the optical absorption spectrum of CuInSe2 semiconductors was given in this work. It was known that, small donor and acceptor influence to the optical absorption. Also optical anisotropy of absorption coefficient for CuInSe2 crystal was observed. Investigation of the temperature dependence of fundamental absorption line showed that, the reason of its forming is the interaction of electro background
