Systems of terbium nitrate-quinoline(hydrazine) nitrate-water

Description
Solubility in terbium nitrate - hydrazine nitrate - water (1) and terbium nitrate - quinoline nitrate - water (2) systems is studied at 25 and 50 deg C. The system (1) belongs to systems without chemical interaction. Crystallization field of a new solid phase complying with Tb(NO3)3x2[C9H7NxHNO3]x3H2O composition is determined on isotherms of solubility of the system (2). The new compound was isolated preparatively, its composition was confirmed analytically and by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and derivatogram were studied
