Structure and properties of high-temperature superconductors on the basis of thallium
Creators

Description
The thermal expansion rate of high-temperature superconductors on the basis of thallium in temperature range 10 - 300 K were determined. It is shown dramatic change of parameters of atom thermal oscillations at transfer to superconducting phase. The technology of producing of high-temperature superconductors on the basis of thallium is developed and a number of materials with temperature of transfer to superconducting phase from 24 K to 125 K with transfer width 2 - 3 K and controlled anion unsoundness are produced
