Parameter study on poloidal neutron response distributions in toroidal blanket geometries
Description
A parameter study has been performed to study the influence of plasma- and torus-geometry on the poloidal distribution of neutronic responses, and to study the influence of the presence of non-breeding blanket regions and blanket penetrations on the breeding ratio. The geometry parameters have been chosen in the range of existing Tokamak designs, so that general conclusions applicable to Tokamaks can be drawn. (author)
