Study of atom size value on mass transfer in iron under impulse loading
- 1. Moskovskij Inst. Stali i Splavov, Moscow (USSR)
Description
Method of radiactive isotopes is used to study features of different atom migration in iron under pulse loading. It is shown that pulse loading intensifies mass transfer. Therewith atom migration rate depends on their size and temperature loading. Conclusion is made on possibility of studying mass transfer processes in metals at low temperatures (T≤Tmelt)
