Abstract (German)

Im Hinblick auf den deutsch-japanischen vertrag vom 08. Okt. 74 zur Kooperation auf dem Gebiet der Wissenschaft und Technologie wurde im April 1976 zwischen der KFA und dem Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute (JAERI) ein ''Memorandum'' zur Einbeziehung der HTR-Entwicklung erstellt. Nach weiteren KFA/JAERI-Verhandlungen im Januar 1977 wurde in der sitzung des ''Joint Committee'', vom 26. Apr. 77, der Beschluß zur Gründung eines 'HTR-Panel' gefaßt. Dieses Panel hat die Aufgabe, eine Auswahl von Kooperationsbereichen vorzunehmen und grundlegende vertragliche Regelungen vorzubereiten sowie den Fortschritt der Zusammenarbeit zu bewerten.
