Analysis of diffusive mass-transfer in the H2-CdTe system

Description
The analysis of the equilibrium composition of the gaseous phase in the CdTe-H2 system for some values of the general pressure and temperature is carried out. For different temperatures of source and precipitation zones on the basis of an accurate solution of diffusion equations in multicomponent gaseous mixtures, the rate of CdTe mass transfer is calculated
