Generation of harmonics of relativistically strong radiation in conditions of the induced Raman scattering at large angles

Description
The paper presents the theory of induced Raman scattering at large angles for relativistically strong, circularly polarized radiation in a rarefied plasma. It is shown that an intensive sidewards scattering of both even and odd high-frequency harmonics can occur in addition to the scattering to the frequency which is close to the radiation carrier frequency. 26 refs., 2 figs
