Exoelectron spectroscopy of irradiated alkali halide crystals
Creators
Description
LiF and NaF monocrystals irradiated with electrons are investigated by thermoactivation exoelectron spectroscopy methods. High efficiency of the methods used as refers to capture centre spectroscopy, when evaluating the adsorption contribution to thermostimulated exoelectron emission, studying the diffusion-controlled tunnel transfers, accompanying the relaxation processes on the surface, is demonstrated
