The complex processing of danburite of Ak-Arkhar Deposit of Tajikistan by sintering method with sodium sulphate

Description

The complex processing of danburite of Ak-Arkhar Deposit of Tajikistan by sintering method with sodium sulphate has been studied in the present article. It has been defined that borosilicate ores of Ak-Arkhar Deposit have complicated chemical and mineral composition. Influence of mass ratio of danburite concentrate and sodium sulphate on the extraction level of boron, aluminium, iron, and calcium oxides in the limits of 1:0.25 to 1:2.5 has been defined. The results of studies of complex processing of danburite of Ak-Arkhar Deposit of Tajikistan by sintering with sodium sulphate have been presented and discussed. The optimal conditions of the process of ores sintering have been determined. The flowsheet of complex processing of ores has been proposed.
