On the scattering theory for a system with confinement

A study is made of a scattering in a system with permanently confined channel. An exact S-matrix is obtained corresponding to the scattering on N levels in the permanently confined channel. The influence of the confined channel on the resonances and Coulomb levels in the scattering channels is considered
