Computer sialotomography of parotid glands. Part 5

Description
A relation of the tumor to the facial nerve was assessed in 38 patients with parotid tumors using CT sialography. The relation was found to exist in 29 patients. In 83% of these patients the CT finding agreed with surgery findings, in 17% it did not. In 9 patients (24%) the relation between the two structures could not be determined.
