Nonstoichiometry and features of structural transition in RBa2Cu3O6,5+δ (R-rare earths) cuprites

Description
Thermogravimetric analysis has been used to determine oxygen contents in RE superconducting cuprites. The results are consistent with the neutron diffraction data. Lattice parameters have been determined for some cuprites containing different RE ions. The relationship between the oxygen concentration and the features of the structural transitions is investigated
