Description

The machine for spiral ribbing of the 16-60 mm diameter tubes is developed using radiofrequency welding with the rate of 10-50 m/min and wrapping pitch of 2.5-25 mm. The process flow diagram and the performance of the plant are presented. The plant meets the requirements of power engineering industry on reliability of the technological process and on quality of welded joints used in heat exchangers
