Fluoride mapping during concentration of simulated high level radioactive liquid waste

Description
This paper provides brief account of the experimental studies performed to understand the behavior of fluoride ions during evaporation of simulated High Level Waste (HLW). The fluoride containing HLW will be generated during reprocessing of Thoria containing spent fuel. In order to finalize schematics and process flow sheets for management of such type of waste, it is important to understand behavior of fluoride at different stage of waste treatment including evaporation.
