The modification method of periodic test of emergency diesel generator in fangjiashan nuclear power plant
Description
The periodic load testing method of the emergency diesel generator of M310 nuclear power plant is introduced, and its problems are analyzed. According to standard IEEE387, a modified method is put forward, which allows the emergency diesel generator connected to the grid to perform the periodic load test. The modified method which is feasible or not depends on the short-circuit current of the medium voltage electrical system during the test. That is to say the short-circuit current must not exceed the breaking capacity of the circuit break. The calculation results show that the three-phase short-circuit current of the medium voltage electrical system is not over the limitation, therefore the modified method meets the relevant standards requirements.
