Neutron diffraction study of tritium state in vanadium

Description
A neutron diffraction pattern is experimentally obtained for a vanadium specimen doped with tritium (VT0.51). Tritium atoms are shown to form the ordered superstructure in a BCC metallic lattice similar to that earlier observed in vanadium hydride VH0.5. This fact allows using hydrogen in research on tritium distribution in metallic lattices
