Description

Focus of the current study is to assess hourly modified Pasquill-Gifford stability classes as Air dispersion Stability Indices (ASI) using Turner's Key through Net Radiation Index (NRI) at BARC Vizag site during the period of cyclonic storms at Bay of Bengal (BoB). Daytime graded unstable ASI (A, B and C) due to solar insolation of normal days are expected to be turned into neutral (D) or stable (E and F) classes during these period when cloud cover intensifies. Similarly, night time stable ASI may also be modulated
