Dirac fermions in α-(BEDT-TTF)2I3: Some topological properties

Description
We study some physical properties of the Dirac fermions in the quasi-two-dimensional organic conductor α-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 under pressure. In particular we consider the Berry phase effect in impurity scattering and a topological property characterized by a Chern-Simons term by introducing a coupling between Dirac fermions and a U(1) gauge field.
