Description
Typical diagnostic findings of Goodpasture syndrome are described. A significant aspect of this description are radiological findings of the chest X-ray. The variety of typical pulmonary changes, with respect to their form and localization, are described, and the differential diagnosis of the disease is presented. (orig.)

Nach einer Darstellung der das Syndrom kennzeichnenden Befunde wird dessen Diagnostik beschrieben. Dabei wird den radiologischen Befunden des Thorax breiter Raum eingeraeumt, wobei die typischen Lungenveraenderungen in ihrer unterschiedlichen Form und Lokalisation beschrieben und differentialdiagnostisch gegen andere Erkrankungen abgegrenzt werden.
