X-ray diffraction in a noncoplanar grazing scheme

Description

Specific features of x-ray methods for studying crystals in a noncoplanar diffraction geometry are considered. It is shown that this scheme provides precision x-ray diffraction and secondary-emission measurements. Possible use of the suggested scheme for preparing universal crystal monochromators is discussed
