Diffusion at explosion welding of titanium with steel

Diffusion in titanium-steel bimetal at explosion welding was investigated. It was established that metal mass transfer took place, most activelyfrom lower plate to the upper one by mutualdiffusion with high speed and preliminarily due to elevation of defect concentration in crystal lattice
