Preparation of the validation problem for code systems designed for neutron physics analysis of WWER-440 cores
Description
The system is described for measuring and recording the reactor state parameters, particularly the thermal output of the reactor and the boric acid concentration. The radial power distribution in fuel assemblies was measured using thermocouples and probes with self-powered detectors. The data were verified and corrected based on an analysis of the radial power distribution. The conditions for validation of the numerical analysis method are given, and the criteria for evaluation of the computer codes are outlined. (J.B.). 41 tabs., 4 figs., 2 refs
