Theses on the systematization of environmental law (relevant to regional planning)

Description
The 'Central Institute for Regional Planning' (Zentralinstitut fuer Raumplanung) of the University of Muenster carried out an extensive study on the systematization of environmental law. Hence it follows that particularly in the field of atomic law and the law for the protection against nuisance a landwide homogeneous planning level is missing. (WG)

Das Zentralinstitut fuer Raumplanung an der Universitaet Muenster hat eine umfangreiche Untersuchung zur Systematisierung des Umweltrechts durchgefuehrt. Daraus folgt, dass besonders im Bereich des Atom- und Immissionsschutzrechts eine landesweite einheitliche Planungsebene fehle. (WG)Additional details
