Description
The radiolysis of the biological compound bilirubin(BR) has been studied in aqueous solution in the presence and absence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). The effect of radiation crosslinking of the PVA prior to the addition of BR has also been studied. Crosslinking of PVA drastically reduces the radiolysis of BR. (author). 1 tab
