A computerized radiation safety system

Description

This note describes the computer-based radiation-safety system at the Oklahoma Health Center (OHC). In use since the summer of 1975, the system allows the OHC radiation safety office to store, update and retrieve necessary information regarding each project approved under five by-product material licenses issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The block diagram of the system is shown. (U.K.)
