Description
The immunoglobulin G (IgG) was directly labelled with 99mTc by pre-reduction of IgG with dithiothreitol and reduction of pertechnetate with a stannous kit. The radiochemical purity was over 95%. Hence no purification was needed. High labelling efficiency could be obtained with a variety of weak exchange ligands, such as PYP, MDP, GH, Phytate and EHIDA kits. But DTPA was not an effective substance for this procedure. In vitro studies and the animal imaging, it was showed that 90mTc-IgG was stable and useful in diagnosis of focal experimental abscess
