Decladding of spent fuel elements

Description
Dissolution of fuel cladding in the zinc melt is investigated. Data of experiments with simulators and irradiated fuel elements of the BOR-60 and SM-2 reactors with different burnup are presented. The zinc melt is separated from fuel by filtering through a mesh. Uranium dioxide and plutonium extraction is 99.99%. Behavior of separate radionuclides is described

Изложены результаты исследований растворения оболочек топлива в расплаве на основе цинка. Приведены данные опытов на имитаторах и образцах облученных твэлов реакторов БОР-60 и СМ-2 с разным выгоранием и выдержкой. Металлический расплав отделяли от топлива фильтрацией через сетку.
