Description
Methods of manufacture of second-generation high-temperature superconductors (2G HTS) by co-deposition of the components are analyzed. It is concluded that the most perspective method consists of consequent deposition of amorphous film in vacuum and its crystallization through the liquid phase in gaseous oxygen. Upgrade of the constructive implementation of this method in comparison with existing analogues will provide the industry applicable technology of manufacture of 2G HTS

В работе проанализированы методы создания высокотемпературных сверхпроводников второго поколения (ВТСП-2) путем соосаждения отдельных компонентов. Сделан вывод, что наиболее перспективным является последовательное осаждение аморфной пленки в вакууме и ее кристаллизация через жидкую фазу в кислороде. Усовершенствование конструктивной реализации данного метода по сравнению с существующими аналогами позволит создать технологию производства ВТСП-2, приемлемую для широкого промышленного внедренияAdditional details
