Description
Research progress in the following areas is reported: (1) exhalation of radon and thoron from soil at a field station; (2) measurements of indoor radioactivity; (3) instrumentation development for measurement of radon, thoron, and their daughters; (4) radon levels in indoor and outdoor locations measured with passive track-etch detectors; (5) ion-aerosol interactions; and (6) a study of radon levels and their use for measuring air exchange in caves
