Description

For the estimation of the order of magnitude of external β-radiation of the total radiation exposure, data were compiled from the relevant literature and subsequently compared to values obtained by the Rhineland-Westphalian TUeV. Supposing an annual emission of 1 Ci of long-lived aerosols, the annual γ-dose from deposition in the least favourable receiving point was determined as a function of the height above the ground. Abstract (German)

Zur Abschaetzung der Groessenordnung des sich durch externe β-Strahlung ergebenden Anteils an der Gesamtstrahlenexposition wurden Angaben aus der Literatur zusammengetragen und mit beim RWTUeV berechneten Werten verglichen. Unter Annahme von einer Jahresabgabe von 1Ci langlebiger Aerosole wurde die durch Ablagerungen im unguenstigsten Aufpunkt hervorgerufene Jahres γ-Dosis in Abhaengigkeit von der Hoehe ueber dem Erdboden ermittelt.
