Photon penetration dependence on the angle of incidence in the backscattering
Description
The 90% penetration of photon backscattering in polystyrene, aluminium and iron has been determined by the Monte Carlo method. The incident photon energies and the angles of incidence were: 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 MeV and 0 deg, 20 deg, 40 deg, 60 deg, from the normal to scatterer plane, respectively. (author)
