Proportional electron detector for nuclear gammaresonance spectroscopy
Description
The construction is described of a gas-flow proportional detector for the registration of internal-conversion electrons and Auger electrons with energies up to 10 keV. The schematic diagram of the preamplifier with adjustable bandwidth is presented. Results are given of an investigation of the surface layer of single-crystal yttrium iron garnet
