Solid solutions in Ba2LaTaO6-A3WO6(A-Sr,Ba) systems

Description
Solid solutions, formed in Ba2LaTaO6-A3WO6 (A-Sr,Ba) systems were investigated by the methods of X-ray phase analysis and Raman spectroscopy. It was established that phases with the content of 100; 80-40; 20-0 mol% Ba2LaTaO6 of Ba2LaTaO6-Ba3WO6 system and of 100-80; 60-20; 0 mol% Ba2LaTaO6 of Ba2LaTaO6-Sr3WO6 system crystallize in perovskite structure, but belong to different homogeneity regions
