Enclosure 3. Estimation of arrangements in case of serious radiological threat in Poland (state on 1991)
Description
The present contamination regulations are criticized. The system of radiation monitoring is described in detail. All important needs of the system as well as necessity of international cooperation are stressed. The conclusions are given. (A.S.)
