Description

We explore the possibility of detecting a Higgs boson with MH≅MZ in an e+e- collider at √s=200 GeV by using polarized beams. Searches based both on the number of vents and the topology of those events are considered. We show that with both types of searches an improvement of a factor 2 can be made over detection using unpolarized beams; the results are comparable for both +ve and -ve chirality beams. (orig.)
